I just read an article where this guy gets unruly with a flight attendant when she refuses him any more alcohol on a flight from Ontario to Brussels. Why is it that it is illegal to drink booze in a taxi cab or bus, but yet you can board a plane and buy alcohol for the entire flight? This doesn’t make sense to me.
We have an other problem here as well. Since Newfoundland is an island, the only way off is either fly or by boat. The ferry has a large bar, and truck drivers have been known to get a little tipsy on the ferry, and then proceed to drive their big rigs off the ferry and onto our highways, causing havoc for drivers everywhere. Why serve alcohol on those trips?
This is my rant for the day, for now at least~
